Jamal Blackman, who are you ?

The 23 year-old goalkeeper is a Croydon native with Barbados roots. He is proud to show his love for his family's country of origin on his social media accounts and on his cleats with the Barbados' flag.

Jamal didn't start playing the game as young as most professional footballers would. Before finding his passion with football, he played cricket, tennis and basketball. Basically he did a bit of everything by telling us that he loves sport in general. He then started football but didn't play goalkeeper at first. Fortunately for Chelsea he started to train as a keeper. The Blues asked him to do a trial in 2006 and he is still in contract with the club !

We had the pleasure to meet him and we can say he is a very nice guy, comfortable in front of the cameras. He told us about his passion. Cars ! His instagram page is ull of pictures of Mercedes and Audi. Jamal is simply a car addict. It can be black, gold, orange or red.

Blackman is also a fashion icon with his cap's collection and nice haircut. Finally we can't not mention his tattoos, ribs, arms... everywhere!

Clearly Jamal Blackman is in the game...
